Battle Zone Ursa plays host to a myriad of tabletop gaming events. BZU 2024 included:

• A Warhammer 40,000 Grand Tournament, one of the largest annually in Alaska

• A Warhammer: Age of Sigmar Tournament

• A Star Wars: Legion Grand Tournament

• A Star Wars: X-Wing Grand Tournament

• Marvel: Crisis Protocol Grand Tournament

• Multiple Dungeons & Dragons campaigns

• Our annual Painted Ursa painting contest featuring highly experienced judges

• A Flesh and Blood TCG Realm Invitational Qualifier, and a Chaos Blitz event

• The Disney Lorcana TCG Alaska State Championship

• The Pokémon TCG Alaska State Championship

• Paint & Take tables with supplies, including paints, provided

• Hobby classes:

  • Miniature Photography

  • Object Source Lighting (OSL)

  • Painting Techniques

  • In-Depth Face Painting

• Demos for the following games:

  • Star Wars: Shatterpoint

  • Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Spearhead
